The Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada developed a privacy guide to help organizations adhere to the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act. The guide contains a summary of principals within PIPEDA organizations should follow, as well as the meaningful consent and privacy breach requirements they must meet. The document also provides an overview of the services provided by the OPC.
