The Hindu reports petitions to review India's Aadhaar identification system were rejected by the Supreme Court. The decision upholds Parliament's passage of the law establishing the system. Justice D.Y. Chandrachud dissented with the majority, calling for the petitions to remain pending until the court's bench is increased from five justices to seven.
