The Irish Council for Civil Liberties published a report detailing how much personal data is shared within the real-time bidding industry. RTB is a $117 billion industry, the report found, and, on average, U.S. users had their online activity and location exposed 747 times per day, while European users had their data exposed 376 times per day.
