The IAPP and TrustArc have drawn up a survey aimed at revealing how organizations handle cookie consents. Participants will help explore issues related to these consents, including how organizations treat data subjects, and benchmark metrics about privacy operations. The goal is to help privacy pros compare programs and give regulators perspective on the difficulties and complexities of compliance. Outside counsel and consultants are welcome to provide their input. As with all the surveys, the IAPP analyzes results only in the aggregate with anonymity for each respondent.
