Warner’s white paper, published this summer, released a comprehensive plan for how to regulate big tech. In the interview, he described the paper as an invitation for others to work with him on the matter. He said, “What I don’t want is this area to become partisan. This is a lot more future-past than it is conservative-liberal. So if you want to get stuff done, you gotta build broader coalitions.”
