Former Vice President of the European Commission Viviane Reding raised questions about the Luxembourg data protection authority's handling of allegations against Amazon regarding the company's data practices, Politico reports. "More than two years after the entry of the (EU General Data Protection Regulation), the (National Commission for Data Protection) still hasn't imposed any fines," Reding said. "This is a delicate state of affairs given several large tech companies, like Amazon, are under Luxembourg's jurisdiction."
