The U.K. government has published a draft text of the withdrawal agreement concerning the U.K.’s exit from — and future relationship with — the European Union. The withdrawal agreement confirms that once the U.K. leaves the EU, there will be a transition period lasting until Dec. 31, 2020, during which EU law will apply with some exceptions.
