The Sydney Morning Herald reports IT contractor Stephen Grant has been arrested for executing cyberattacks involving the personal information of 275,000 customers from property firm Landmark White. Grant, an employee at Landmark White at the time of breaches, allegedly uploaded customer information to the dark web after using unauthorized access to a company database. "The type of information [accessed] was valuations, names of people, their addresses, their contact numbers, their email addresses, and in some instances their driver's licence," Cybercrime Squad Commander and Detective Acting Superintendent Gordon Arbinja said.
