The device is a smart bracelet that aims to “improve wearers’ focus and overall response to stress and anxiety by measuring and interpreting heart rate variability,” the report states. “Over time, the corresponding app is designed to figure out what the wearer’s heart rate variability is and should be,” providing the wearer with tailored exercises “which ideally strengthen your body’s automatic response to stress, and gives you personalized advice about your habits,” the report continues.
