The Wall Street Journal reports the National Intelligence Council's "Global Trends 2040" suggests privacy will be nonexistent as technologies, specifically those driven by artificial intelligence, evolve in the years to come. The report states privacy "may effectively disappear by choice or government mandate" as global networks track personal and professional aspects of life. NIC also believes AI will “benefit almost every aspect of life” by 2040, including health care, transportation, education and more.
