Cybersecurity researchers at Forescout and Medigate identified vulnerabilities in millions of connected devices used in hospital networks and systems, ZDNet reports. The vulnerabilities could affect machines used for patient care and building systems, like lighting or ventilation, and could enable attackers to interfere with devices and leak data, the researchers said. Security patches have been made available to mitigate threats.
