Infosecurity Magazine reports on the IAPP Data Protection Intensive: U.K. conference in London this week, where privacy professionals and regulators gathered for a session titled “One Year Post GDPR: What Actions Have Been Taken?” Refinitiv Chief Policy Officer Vivienne Artz, who moderated the panel, said the U.K. received 206,326 cases since the EU General Data Protection Regulation went into effect. Of the cases, 94,000 were complaints, 64,000 were data breach notifications and 52 percent had been concluded.
