Former Playboy model Dani Mathers is facing potential jail time for posting a photo last summer of a 70-year-old woman who was naked at a gym, Opposing Views reports. Mathers posted the image publicly to Snapchat in July 2016. Following the incident, Mathers has lost a radio guest spot on KLOS and was banned from the gym in which the incident occurred. In addition to an apology, Mathers has claimed that she was new to Snapchat at the time and thought the post was only being sent to a friend. Her trial is set to begin May 26, and she could face a fine of $1,000 and six months in prison.
