The number of data initiatives and draft legislation proposed by EU institutions continues to grow. To better understand the entities involved in EU digital rulemaking, the IAPP published a graphic to its Resource Center that provides an overview of the institutions, the nature of their role, the specific areas of responsibilities and current leadership. The graphic acts as a companion to the IAPP EU Data Initiatives in Context infographic and its multipart series on EU legislation adopted since May 2022.
