The IAPP has updated its "CCPA Amendment Tracker" and the "US State Comprehensive Privacy Law Comparison" table. The tracker lists the statuses of all the amendments for the California Consumer Privacy Act. The last day for the California Legislature to update any amendments was Sept. 13, while Oct. 13 was the last day for Gov. Gavin Newsom, D-Calif., to sign or veto amendments. The privacy law table breaks down the common provisions found within all the rules throughout the U.S. The two resources have been maintained and created by former Westin Fellow Mitchell Noordyke, CIPP/E, CIPP/US, CIPM, and current Westin Fellow Naniette Coleman.
