Toth, who is responsible for building privacy features across the Alexa platform, said consumers face a balancing act of deciding whether technology is useful or concerning, and they want to know what is happening with their data. It is an opportunity “to innovate and to try to create more positive experiences,” she said. “How are we enabling the usage of data to help create better experiences for customers?”
