Google launched a website to assist the COVID-19 response, AdAge reports. The website is designed to help direct individuals to medical services and to provide information on the pandemic. Privacy concerns have arisen, as users need to share medical information to access the site's features. “The nature of digital data is such that it lingers forever,” Sparrow Advisors Principal and Co-Founder Ana Milicevic said. The site's terms of service states no data will be shared with insurance companies or for targeted ads.
