That was clear Wednesday when Isabelle Vereecken, head of the EDPB Secretariat at the European Data Protection Board, and Bas van Bockel, head of Department of International, Policy and Strategy at the Dutch DPA, shared insights on the upcoming EDPB plenary session with a packed room at the inaugural IAPP Data Protection Intensive: Deutschland, in Munich, Germany. With the EDPB taking shape by the day, IAPP Publications Editor Jedidiah Bracy, CIPP, reports for The Privacy Advisor, attendees were eager to hear about the board's organization and upcoming outputs.
