The guidance is based on how "some employers are particularly interested in ways to monitor their workforce," according to the AP. The booklet addresses the Dutch Works Council's right to consent to staff-monitoring schemes, examines the schemes' regulatory compliance and answers employee questions for employers regarding deployment.
