Hours after the Disney+ service launched last week, hackers locked out users, changed login credentials and put some accounts up for sale on hacking forums, ZDNet reports. Users reported their experiences on social media, some saying they spent hours awaiting customer support to no avail. “Disney takes the privacy and security of our users’ data very seriously and there is no indication of a security breach on Disney+,” a statement from the company said. Meanwhile, Macy’s detected a card-skimming code in its online payment portal, and Business Insurance reports Target is suing insurer Chubb in connection with a 2013 data breach.
