Denmark's data protection authority, Datatilsynet, published a revised version of guidance on data protection in connection with employment relationships. The DPA said the rules regard the "storage, transfer and deletion of personal data" and revisions follow discussions related to the use of employers’ IT equipment. The DPA also said it "expects to begin a further review and revision of the guidelines before the end of 2021."
