Coinbase has informed users it plans to stop its support of Zcash for U.K. users, ZDNet reports. The digital currency organization said in notices to users Zcash wallets will no longer be available to U.K. residents starting 26 Aug. British users will need to convert their funds to another form of cryptocurrency before the deadline if they do not wish to have the money switched over to pounds. Electric Coin Company, the developer of Zcash, said on Twitter the cryptocurrency is “100% compatible with U.K. regulations.”
