France’s data protection authority, the CNIL, has announced the new members of its college. The list includes new CNIL President Marie-Laure Denis, who took over for Isabelle Falque-Pierrotin after her term expired. New appointees include Anne Debet, Christian Kert, Sophie Lambremon, Alexandre Linden, Philippe Cabourdin, Sylvie Lemmet, Bertrand of Marais and Christine Maugüé. The CNIL also lists the members of the college whose terms have not expired. The new college will meet for the first time at a plenary session Feb. 14.
