U.S. President Joe Biden officially nominated Lina Khan to the U.S. Federal Trade Commission. Khan is currently an associate professor of law at Columbia Law School and has previously served as counsel to the U.S. House Judiciary Committee’s Subcommittee on Antitrust, Commercial, and Administrative Law. Khan was also a legal advisor in the office of FTC Commissioner Rohit Chopra.
