Thank you for contributing to the IAPP ANZ Summit 2024. To help ensure the success of your session, please see the important information below:
Marjorie Boyer, programming and speaker coordinator, will be your main contact at the IAPP during the event life cycle. Please reach out to Marjorie if you have any questions.

Speaker registration: You will automatically be awarded a complimentary pass to the event and registered as a speaker by IAPP staff. Your conference pass is eligible for all programming and events happening on Tuesday and Wednesday, 26-27 November 2024. If you would like to add AI Governance Professional training taking place 28-29 November to your registration for an additional cost, please contact Marjorie at mboyer@iapp.org.

Important deadlines
Due now: Check the live web agenda to see your session date and time.
Due now: Check the Speakers page and confirm your information is correct. If we do not have a portrait and biography on file, please send a high-resolution frontal headshot, at least 300 x 300 pixels and preferably in color, as well as a ~100 word biography. If your name, job title, or company has changed, please let Marjorie know.
Due now: Watch the recorded Speaker Orientation web conference to support your planning process. During this orientation, we explain audience demographics, event logistics and presentation tips. You will have received details to view this recording via email from Marjorie.
13 September: Deadline for initial planning call with co-panelists.
11 October: Send draft presentations to Marjorie.
12 November: Send final presentation to Marjorie.
