A consumer-grade spyware company that allows customers to monitor people’s private cellphone data left sensitive data publicly accessible on an exposed database, Motherboard reports. The name of the company has not been released due to the fact that despite attempts to alert the company, it has yet to acknowledge the leak or fix the database. In fact, the database was discovered online six weeks ago and continues to add data every day. Security Researcher Troy Hunt said the database contains 16 gigabytes of images and 3.7 gigabytes of MP3 recordings.
