Euractiv reports EU institutions are drawing closer to consensus on a final framework for the proposed Data Act. The latest negotiations and draft text bring agreements on provisions for data governance as well as business-to-government data sharing. An issue that remains up in the air is an effective date for application of the regulation. The third trilogue on the proposal is set for 27 June.
