In a letter to Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos, just over a month before the November election, more than a dozen privacy and civil rights groups are demanding Amazon disclose information about election data breaches, The Hill reports. Amazon’s election services include running election websites, storing voter registration data and providing live election results. “A single breach could have catastrophic consequences for election integrity in dozens of states,” the groups wrote.
