Meanwhile, IBM has increased its presence in the computer and information security business by unveiling a set of services designed to protect against cyber-attacks and investigate breaches. The Threat Protection System and Critical Data Protection are, according to Re/code, enhancements to existing services: The former aims to block sophisticated attacks, while the latter aims to locate a business’s most valuable data to better protect it.
