Stuff reports New Zealand Assistant Privacy Commissioner Jon Duffy has left his post to become the chief executive at Consumer NZ. Duffy said he is "relishing the chance" to work for Consumer NZ, which covers consumer information protection across various industries, while he hopes to work on the "big consumer issues" that include "sustainability, privacy and inequity."
