The National Privacy Commission has said it expects to issue a decision on its investigation of the Facebook-Cambridge Analytica revelations before the end of the third quarter of this year, the Manila Bulletin reports. Separately, NPC Commissioner Raymund Liboro said fast-food chains Jollibee and Wendy's are complying with the NPC's orders issued earlier this year. Wendy's notified the commission 23 April of a breach of its website. The NPC ordered Jollibee to suspend its online delivery platform indefinitely because of a data breach affecting its system. He said, "Jollibee is on the road to compliance, they just had [a] discussion with [the] investigation and technical team."
