The first offering is a diagnostic tool that helps users “prepare for the inevitable” and understand how effective their incident response plans are. The second aims for users to “understand the evolving landscapes” with “practical and readable summaries” of policy and regulatory updates from around the globe. “Hogan Lovells understands the strategic importance of cybersecurity to business, and we aim to do our part to help look ahead, shape and apply the legal and regulatory standards and frameworks that will be necessary to help the private and public sectors address this most challenging of issues,” the report states.
