The Windows 10 Creators Update will include a "web-based privacy dashboard" for users to better understand and control the information Microsoft collects on them, Mashable reports. "From the page, Microsoft account holders will be able to clear their browser, Bing search and location activity," along with digital assistant Cortana-saved information, the report states. "On the other side of the equation, Microsoft is trying to help people who install Windows with their data-sharing preferences, guiding them through virtually every data-sharing option, including location, speech recognition and diagnostics." While the updates aren't slated until spring 2017, Windows Insiders may download a beta version of the dashboard to test now, the report adds.
