The current wave of privacy scholars has a lot to keep up with. University of Minnesota School of Law Associate Dean for Academic Affairs Bill McGeveran is at the forefront of trying to get students up to speed. Author of “Privacy and Data Protection Law,” a casebook being used as a core text by other universities, McGeveran also has a background in crafting laws he teaches about.
