TechCongress has announced its 2017 Congressional Innovation Fellows. Sunmin Kim and Christopher Soghoian are among those selected, the nonprofit reports. Kim is both a technology editor for The Economist Intelligence Unit's thought leadership division in the Americas and the executive director of Pro Journo, the report states. Soghoian serves at the American Civil Liberties Union as principal technologist for its Speech, Privacy, and Technology Project, and runs a blog called "slight paranoia" where he also announced his TechCongress fellowship.
