David Vladeck, former head of the Bureau of Consumer Protection, calls the Casebook a “game-changer.” Marc Groman, CIPP/US, former CPO of the FTC, among other roles over 10 years, writes that privacy professionals will find the tool “very valuable as they tackle the complex task of sorting through the FTC’s cases.” And Janis Kestenbaum, former lead advisor to FTC Chairwoman Edith Ramirez and now in private practice, writes that it “looks like my job—and that of privacy professionals everywhere—just got easier.”
