The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission recently created new standards for the cybersecurity of the electric grid, and then followed it up with a report that makes a number of recommendations for improved cyber-incident response and recovery plans. Congress is also working to tackle perceived cybersecurity and privacy threats related to the power grid. In this Privacy Tracker post, Jared Bomberg and C.
