The European Data Protection Board published a leaflet highlighting how the one-stop shop mechanism under the EU General Data Protection Regulation protects citizens' personal data. The leaflet includes a definition of the one-stop shop mechanism and a hypothetical example of how it can be applied. It also includes a rundown of the EDPB's roles and responsibilities.
