University of Ottawa Canada Research Chair in Information Law and Policy Teresa Scassa created a chart comparing provisions within the recently proposed Consumer Privacy Protection Act with their equivalents in the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act. In addition to comparing the two laws, the chart also highlights the CPPA provisions that had not been included in PIPEDA.
