California Attorney General Xavier Becerra announced Tuesday that final regulations for the California Consumer Privacy Act were submitted to the Office of Administrative Law for approval. OAL's review is the final hurdle before enforcement of CCPA regulations, though Becerra maintains his office plans to enforce the CCPA statute starting July 1.
