While little enforcement has been seen since the EU General Data Protection Regulation took effect, European Data Protection Supervisor Giovanni Buttarelli says it’s only a matter of time, TechCrunch reports. Buttarelli said, “I’m expecting, before the end of the year, concrete results,” adding the law is being ignored by many and fines are likely to follow.
