In an op-ed for The Financial Times, U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken and Secretary of Commerce Gina Raimondo reinforced a commitment to leading on governance of artificial intelligence technologies. "The US is committed to making AI work for, and designing governance with, developing countries, whose voices are crucial to the global discussion," they said. The U.S. Senate Committee on the Judiciary's Subcommittee on Privacy, Technology, and the Law will meet Tuesday to discuss principles for AI regulation.
