The Voivodship Administrative Court in Warsaw upheld a ruling by the Polish data protection authority, the Urząd Ochrony Danych Osobowych, in a data-processing case. UODO President Jan Nowak ordered GGK to stop publishing land and mortgage register numbers on the GEOPORTAL2 website. The court ruled the DPA's decision was not one that would cause irreparable damage to GGK in its decision to deny the challenge brought forth by the National Surveyor of the Country.
