Facebook Global Deputy Chief Privacy Officer Stephen Deadman and University of Southampton Research Assistant Richard Gomer offer a recap of a recent effort in Berlin, Germany to reinvent ways to help people understand and manage how their data is used. Design Jam brought together several organizations to create people-centric design. "What does people-centric design mean?" they ask. "It means products, user interfaces, and experiences that are built around how real people behave and what they expect and want."
