About the IAPP

Dominic Ng is a Service Designer at Volt Bank.  The focus of his design effort is aligning Volt’s organisational systems, frameworks and processes to deliver on its purpose of helping people be better off.  As part of his role, Dominic leads the Trust by Design program to operationalise Volt’s Data Ethics Framework.

 

Dominic is a fervent champion of human–centred design, and the way it helps us innovate to transform the way we interact, learn and conduct business.  His foremost interest is in people, and how we design organisations, systems and cultures around people to improve their daily lives.
