Adriano is a Privacy Professional and Technology Lawyer. His areas of expertise are Privacy, Data Protection, Internet and e-Commerce, Advertising, Promotion, IT, and TLC.

 

Adriano has gained a wealth of experience in the Privacy and Data Protection fields.

 

Adriano assists Italian and multinational companies on matters of management and protection of data assets, by providing a range of support activities (legal opinions, assessments, privacy-by-design and privacy-by-default approaches, as well as data protection impact assessment and audit events, implementation of IoT and M2M solutions and management of complex programs of digitalization of services) aimed at ensuring compliance with Italian and European legislation concerning the Protection of Personal Information, with special reference to the CRM assembly and management, the handling of personal information across national borders, online compliance as it pertains to cookies, as well as the handling of marketing, profiling and biometric data, etc.

 

Adriano has authored, co-authored, and published several articles in the Privacy and Data Protection field for Thomson Reuters (Practical Law), Law Business Research (Getting The Deal Through), GLG (International Comparative Legal Guides), Data Guidance, Il Sole 24 Ore (Diritto 24), CorCom (Corriere delle Comunicazioni) and Il Corriere della Privacy.

 

Furthermore, he participates as speaker in Master’s Degree Courses, training seminars and symposia.

 

He was awarded a Law Degree by the Roma Tre University, where he specialized in Corporate law.

 

In 2011, he attended the Academy of American and International Law (Cailaw), at The Center for American and International Law, in Plano, TX.

 

He is a member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP), where he has been nominated Young Privacy Professional Leader for Italy in 2017 and KnowledgeNet Chapter Chair for Rome in 2018.

 

Adriano is also a Fellow of the Academy of American and International Law.

 

He is a member of the Rome Bar Association.
