About the IAPP

Lucas Bailey CIPT is a Privacy Manager at OMERS, a pension fund for Ontario municipal employees. OMERS has over 500,000 members and operates in offices across North America, Europe, Asia and Australia and includes pension services operations and investment arms, such as Oxford Properties Group, OMERS Capital Markets, OMERS Private Equity, OMERS Infrastructure and OMERS Ventures and Growth Equity. Prior to joining OMERS, Lucas worked in the information management services team at Oxford Properties Group, supporting the early foundations of the current OMERS Privacy Program. Lucas has a Master of Information degree from the University of Toronto, an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Political Science degree from Western University, and a Graduate Certificate in Public Relations from Humber College.
