Rory is a founding partner of Macmillan Keck Attorneys & Solicitors. He regularly advises governments, firms and international organizations on digital identification, data protection, privacy, digital financial services, telecommunications, competition and dispute resolution. Rory co-chairs the Security, Infrastructure and Trust workstream of the Financial Inclusion Global Initiative (FIGI) of the World Bank, ITU and Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. He is a member of the ABA Task Force on Big Data. He holds his LLM from Yale Law School where he was a Fulbright and a Rotary Scholar, and his LLB with First Class Honours from the University of Edinburgh.
