Donata is the engineer behind the policy questionnaires and texts, helping thousands of companies meet privacy compliance requirements. 

Donata focuses her work on keeping up to date with changing privacy laws and regulations and providing educational resources to small businesses and technology professionals that simplify complex compliance requirements into actionable steps. 

Donata has earned her J.D. from The John Marshall Law School in Chicago, IL and is a Certified Information Privacy Professional. She is also the Newsletter Editor for the e-Privacy committee of the American Bar Association.
