About the IAPP

Agnieszka Witaszek, Data Protection Officer of Grupa Pracuj, the largest job board and provider of online recruitment services in Poland, including applicant tracking systems. She is responsible for GDPR-compliance for the entire group. 

Prior to working for Grupa Pracuj, Agnieszka was a senior associate at international law firm Noerr LLP, where she supported clients on data protection, e-privacy, new technology and employment law matters. She also represented clients before the Polish Data Protection Authority in a number of proceedings. Agnieszka graduated from the Faculty of Law, as well as from the German Law School and British Law Center at the University of Warsaw. She also studied at the Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität in Munich. Agnieszka works in Polish, English and German.
